Project Description: The project site is located at the intersection of Kentucky Street and Prospect Street, is in a Residential 3 (R-3) zoning district, and is within the Oakhill-Brewster Historic District. The project scope addresses the rear garage that faces Prospect Street, does not include the primary dwelling, and does not introduce additional landscape to the site.
