Plans and Specs for projects are available for purchase at the Water Field Office located at 202 N. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA.

Notifications of addendums to the project are only provided to contractors and subcontractors listed on the Plan Holder's list. Bidders must acknowledge all addendums as noted in the bid documents.
