Mandatory Requirements

Plans and Specs for projects are available for purchase at the Water Field Office located at 202 N. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA.

Contractors interested in bidding on a project listed below may download plans and specs for free. Complete the Plan Holder's Form, then press "Submit" in the document to send to the Public Work & Utilities' Department.

Contractors and subcontractors must provide the Public Works & Utilities Department with this necessary information to receive addendums, information regarding the project, and to be listed on the mandatory Plan Holder's list.

Not Mandatory

If you are a subcontractor who intends to provide services/costs to a prime contractor, or you are an interested party, please fill out the Plan Holder's form to receive addenda and information for a project bid.
