Memorandum – Notice of Withdrawal of a Dwelling Unit

This memorandum is the final step if you are a property owner who is withdrawing your rental unit from the rental market. By this point you should have already completed the Notice of Termination “Eviction Notice” and Notice 6G.
Within 14 days of providing Notice 6G to the City Housing Manager, you shall record a City memorandum (using this document) with the Sonoma County Recorder’s Office against the property. You shall provide the City’s Housing Manager a copy of the recorded memorandum via email or in person: 11 English Street, Petaluma OR email: [email protected].
