Objective Standards Visualization
Objective Design Standards are one part of the larger Ministerial Review Standards. The standards are applied after Objective Subdivision Standards and Objective Development Standards found in the Implementing Zoning Ordinance (IZO) and the SMART Codes. The proposed Objective Design Standards (ODS) will be added to the Implementing Zoning Ordinance (IZO). ODS will create requirements for facade articulation and modulation, landscaping, internal circulation, screening, etc.
