Native Tree Care Workshop at Wiseman Park

Join Daily Acts on Saturday, March 16th for a stroll through Wiseman Park to learn how to tend to and prune trees.  They are pleased to be partnering with expert arborists from Vintage Tree Care who will be discussing the many benefits of tree pruning. We’ll be taking a short walk through the beautiful Wiseman Park to tour the 165 native trees planted by Releaf Petaluma in early 2022. We’ll also discuss how to optimize tree health as well as how to identify and address common issues in young trees. We will close out the program with a hands on pruning workshop of Sycamore and Cottonwood Trees.
