Hines Downtown Station

The proposed Petaluma Station project consists of a mixed-use transit-oriented development (TOD) including two, five-story buildings totaling 402 multi-family residential units and approximately 5,129 square feet of retail space. Each building would be 73 feet and 6 inches in height. The project also includes 622 parking spaces to be located in two garage structures located in the interior portion of each building. The area between the two buildings would be a pedestrian/bike thoroughfare and park, owned and maintained by Hines. Direct access to the project would be provided via East Washington Street, Copeland Street, and East D Street, with the garage structures accessible from Copeland Street
