The purpose of this project is to reconfigure from 4 through lanes to 2 through lanes with bike lanes, and one 2-way left turn lane on Petaluma Blvd. South from E street to Crystal Lane (Roundabout) to provide adequately sized driving lanes. This will improve safety for all modes of transportation and encourage more bicycle and pedestrian use.
