The proposed project is for the addition of three (3) pre-built classrooms to use as the third, fourth and fifth grade classes in the northwestern portion of the Spring Hill School. The proposed location is currently used as an open garden space with picnic benches which is accessed by an exterior staircase and a ramp adjacent to the existing classrooms. The project includes expansion of the existing ramp to the new classrooms, a new outdoor gathering space with three (3) new outdoor tables, six (6) built-in benches, raised planters, and additional trees. Each classroom is equipped with a single ADA bathroom, built-in sink area for the classroom and cedar siding on the exterior to match the existing classrooms.
