Project Description:

Proposed minor amendment of the Kingsmill PUD to allow interior and exterior modifications to an existing single-family residence, including a change in architectural style from Spanish to contemporary, along with minor additions to the existing two-story residence, totaling approximately 284 square feet. Both the building architecture and site design would be modified. Project site development would remain consistent with the Residential Low Density General Plan land use designation, and it would comply with the height, lot coverage, and building setback requirements of Kingsmill PUD. Pursuant to Implementing Zoning Ordinance Section 19.040, the Director may review and approve modifications to an approved PUD that are minor and clearly inconsequential.

CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: The Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 for Class 1 – Existing Facilities.
