Online System

1. Enroll as an “eUser” in our system:

• Go to the online system here.
  • If you are experiencing issues accessing the payment portal, please try and clear your cache. Click HERE for a “how-to” guide to clearing your cache on the most popular browsers. Just scroll down until you find the browser you use, and follow the instructions.
• Click the “New User” button
• Fill in the Information
• Click “Next Step”
• Review the Information to make sure it is correct
• Click “Submit”
• A new window will open “register as a licensing customer.”

2.  Register as a Licensing Customer

• Have either a copy of your Business License Renewal Notice or your Business License Receipt. The information required for enrolling and linking a business is:
  • • Business Name
    • Customer Number
    • Enter the data exactly as it is printed on your renewal notice or receipt.

3. Go to the Online Renewal System. Your computer will open a new window to renew and pay for your business license.
