New Planning Project Page/Online Notice Request

To have a new project page (major projects) or online notice (admin projects) created on the City's website, please fill out the form below. Please submit this form at least 3 business days before you want the webpage to go live. If you need additional file upload spaces for project documents, please contact David Ward via email after the form has been submitted to note additional documents required for upload. Use the two different forms for Major Projects on the left side of the page or for Administrative Projects on the right.

Update to Existing Planning Project Page/Online Notice

To have an existing project page or online notice updated on the City's website, please use the same form below. Fill out the four (4) required fields (Request Type, Project Title, Project Address, Project Planner Name), next fill out only the necessary fields for the required page updates. Thank you!

Viewing Published Project Pages/Online Notices

To view published project pages/online notices, go to the the Planning Projects webpage to view active Major Planning projects and active Administrative Planning projects (online notices).

  • Please provide a link to the project's folder in Box or SharePoint link.
  • Project descriptions should be between 2-3 paragraphs in summary.
  • Use this field additionally to indicate if your project has changed status.
  • Images and Attachments

    Standard project page documents should include at a minimum the project narrative and plan set, which can include the site map, elevation map, and landscape plan. Other documents can be included as the Planner sees fit. Please DO NOT include any documents that have not been published or approved for public viewing. NOTE: There is a 30 MB limit to all website documents and images. Please use smallpdf.com to compress files prior to uploading if needed. Thank you!

    Please attach the .pdf of the admin project's mailed notice. NOTE: this file will not be uploaded to the site; it will be used to create the online notice content.

    Project information should be a single .pdf can include project description and any other useful information.
