Named after Helen Putnam, the City's first female mayor, Putnam Plaza is located in the heart of Downtown Petaluma. It's well known for being a gathering place, as well as a "downtown landmark" of sorts. Several popular businesses are located just off Putnam Plaza, including Petaluma Pie Company and Speakeasy. There is a circular water fountain located in the plaza as well.
