First: Sign up online.
Visit eyeonwater.com/signup and follow these steps:
- Enter your service area zip code
- Enter your full account number (this can be found on your water bill)
- Click next
- Enter your email address
- Create and confirm a password (no special requirements)
You will receive a confirmation email from BEACON. You must verify your email address by clicking on the link. Once you do, you can sign in using your email address eyeonwater.com
Want Eye on Water info on your phone? Follow these steps to download the app;
- Go to the app store on your Android or iPhone and search for “eye on water”
- Download the free app
- Open the app
- Tap on Login if you have already set up an account
If you would like to set up your Eye on Water account using the phone app, follow these steps:
- Tap the “Register” button
- Tap “Enter your account information manually”
- Enter your zip code
- Select your water provider (City of Petaluma)
- Enter your account ID (this can be found on your water bill)
- Tap the “Next” button
- Enter a valid email address
- Create and confirm a password
- Verify that you have read the terms of service
- Tap the “Next” button
- An email will be sent to the address your provided
- Click or tap on the link in the email to verify your email address
- You can now sign in to your account
