Lucchesi Turf Field Replacement/Drainage Repair (Lighting)

Replacement of the existing soccer field turf at Lucchesi Park. Rehabilitation of subsurface drainage is needed to ensure that the field remains usable after large rain events, as well as to help the field last longer. Additional lighting enhancements are being reviewed to bring the lighting up to current standards.

Corp Yard Phase 2 Demo

The second Phase of this demolition work involves further demolition of tanks. This will help to increase the usable work area at the corporation yard.

The current fencing system provides inadequate site security and relies on outdated technology to provide access to the Transit Facility. The project will provide enhanced site access to the transit Center fleet as well as added safety and security for the property by upgrading and electrifying the gate.

Transit Center Parking & ADA Improvements

Install ADA accessible ramps for the public to more easily reach the customer service desk to purchase transit passes. The project will also include the installation of a secured vehicle gate access to the bus yard.
