Airport Monument Sign

Purchase and install a new monument sign at the entrance to the Petaluma Airport. The new sign will be compliant with City code and sized to allow airport-based businesses to include their names.

Tennis Court Resurfacing

This project involves the resurfacing and renovation of three Petaluma Tennis Courts: Lucchesi, McNear and Del Oro Park Tennis Courts. In addition, existing flourecent lighting was upgraded to an LED lighting system at Lucchesi and McNear park.

Petaluma Marina Dredging

This project involves the dredging of the Petaluma Marina to bring it back to design depth. The project will improve ingress and egress from the Marina as well as allow boats to return to the Marina and support the local economy.

Turning Basin Dock Upgrade Project

The project involves demolition of the deteriorating and unsafe wooden docks and replacing them with a state-of-the-art concrete dock system.

Petaluma River Dredging

U.S. Army Corp of Engineer’s (UASCE) project which involved the dredging of the Petaluma River and Turning Basin. Project was performed with hydraulic dredging and dredge spoils were pumped into Shollenberger Park.

Edith Street Drainage Improvements

This project is to alleviate localized ponding of water in the unpaved City alleyway that runs between Edith and Wilson Streets by installing a drain inlet and new storm drainage piping and regrading the alleyway.

Safety Zone Improvement by Drainage Channel

The Safety Zone Improvements by Drainage Channel project is to address significant erosion and slope repair needed to bring the area around the drainage channel into compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Hangar and Apron Repairs

The airport hangars require repairs throughout the inventory, including hangar doors, electrical systems, roofing, siding, drainage, and structural components. Additionally, minor apron pavement repairs in the hangars are a part of the project.
