COTS
Households within City of Petaluma limits who have been financially impacted by COVID-19 may be eligible for rental and utility assistance from COTS. Household income must be below 80% Area Median Income (see chart below). COTS can pay up to 6 months of graduated rental assistance and utility assistance to qualified households.

Petaluma People Services Center
The City has partnered with Petaluma People Services Center to provide rental assistance to those in need with household incomes at or below 80% Area Medium Income (see chart above). To learn more about the program, please contact PPSC:
