Summer Camp Programs

Summer Camp 2021 planning is well underway! We are excited to provide a fun and safe environment for your children. Registration will begin on March 16 online here.

Petaluma Parks and Recreation is relying on the ordinances from the Sonoma County Health Officer, as well as guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the California Department of Public Health. We have also been in contact with neighboring agencies regarding their procedures for running Summer Camp. We will be implementing strict social distancing and sanitation practices, as well as extensive training for all staff members.

Some changes from previous summers are:

-Mandatory health screenings every day for campers as well as staff.
-We will not be going on any field trips or to the pool. (However, we still have PLENTY of FUN planned and special presentations weekly)
-Campers will be separated into groups of no more than 14. These groups will be designated by age, and will have two staff members with them at all times.
-Facial coverings will be required for every camper and staff member at camp.

View our detailed safety guidelines and camp details in our Parent Handbook.

Payment plans are available for Summer Camp programming. At time of registration, a $25 fee is due for each week. This goes toward the overall dues for the week. Payments for each week of camp will be due the Monday before each week. Payment plans require a card on file and cards will be auto-charged through our registration software.
