Please excuse the mess while the city's permit counter is undergoing a makeover. We have a temporary counter set up at City Hall near the old permit counter. Just follow the arrows at City Hall or call (707) 778-4301 for assistance with accessibility appointments.

While the best way is to set up a virtual appointment; we are still a full-service counter during this time and can still help you virtually, by phone, and by in person appointments.

Our in-person counter hours are Monday through Thursday, 10am - 3pm.
