Walnut Park

Walnut Park is located in the heart of downtown Petaluma, at the intersection of Petaluma Boulevard South and D Street. It's one of Petaluma' busiest and most often-visited parks, mostly due to it's location. Amenities include bathrooms, a large playground area, picnic tables, a covered gazebo (which is surrounded by a beautiful rose garden) and plenty of open grass space. A seasonal (May-November) Farmer's Market takes place at the park on Saturdays, and it's also known for hosting the annual "Light Up a Life" event (put on by Hospice of Sonoma County) in December each year.
