Project Description

"The Haven" at Deer Creek, 144,300 square-foot multi-family project was approved by the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan and Architectural Review to construct 134 1- and 2-bedroom residential units within five three-story buildings on 4.71 acres. The project will provide up to 201 off-street parking spaces with 21 electric vehicle charging stations.

The project site was part of the previously approved Deer Creek Village project, which was approved by the Planning Commission in 2012. The development included 343,998 square-feet of commercial land uses on approximately 36.55 acres. The previous proposal entitled approximately 58,550 square-feet of commercial square footage in three buildings which will instead be developed with the residential development. The development will also include the previously approved 8- foot wide pedestrian path, benches and sculpture podiums along both sides of Deer Creek.
