Project Description

Riverfront Mixed-Use project is a 35.7-acre site planned for a mix of residential, commercial and hotel uses.  In July 2014, the City Council approved a Tentative Subdivision Map and certified an Environmental Impact Report for the project consisting of 134 single family units, 39 townhomes, and 100 apartments, a 120-room hotel, 60,000 square feet of office space, a central green for passive recreational use, an active park with one sports field and a tot lot, a network of bicycle and pedestrian trails and an off-site linear park fronting the Petaluma River.

Final Subdivision Maps and design approvals for the various components of the project are being granted in phases.
