Project Description
The project proposes to construct a new, approximately 3,480 square-foot single family residence on a vacant one-acre lot located within the Suncrest Estates PUD. The residence contains three levels including a lower level (755 square-feet), main level (2,036 square-feet), and upper level (691 square-feet). In addition, the project proposes approximately 1,165 square feet of unconditioned space, including an attached two-car garage. The residence is designed to step with the natural grade of the site and has a maximum height of 30-feet as measured from natural grade to the highest point of the roof.
