Project Description

Proposed development of a commercial research and development facility including the construction of two buildings respectively measuring 32,000 and 40,000 square feet on the vacant 5.89-acre project site. The buildings are proposed to respectively measure 24 feet and 39 feet in height and would contain 20,000 square-feet of research and development space, 16,000 square feet of office space, and 36,000 square feet of warehouse space. Surface parking, landscaping and ancillary improvements are also proposed.
