Cavanagh Center Roof Repairs
Project Description
The Cavanagh Center’s roof is beyond its expected life and needs to be replaced. In addition, portions of the eaves over the pool have rotted and cannot be repaired. Postponing the roof replacement could lead to further damage and increase the cost and scope of the repairs.
This project will replace the roof and the rotting eaves at the Cavanagh Center. The project is funded by Transient Occupancy Tax.

Traffic Impact
No street closures are anticipated. However, drivers and pedestrians should use caution when traveling near the corner of 8th and G streets as trucks and debris boxes will be parked along the curb during construction.
