Electric Vehicle Chargers Installation
Project Description
This project will involve the purchase and installation of four electric vehicle chargers at City facilities. Project funding will also be used to determine and document existing electrical capacity within the City.
The project is part of a multi-year effort to prioritize Electric Vehicle Charger installation within the City. The project is contingent upon a grant from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) to cover 25 percent of the project costs.

Traffic Impact
No impact to traffic is anticipated.
Project Status
This project is in the design phase and will move to the next phase once the BAAQMD grant has been awarded. The plan calls for the electric vehicle chargers to be installed in summer 2021.
